Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an incorrect address is supplied, customers should contact Tavessiq immediately. Address corrections cannot always be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges resulting from a customer-requested address change or a failed delivery caused by inaccurate customer information may apply where disclosed and legally permitted.
Where required by law, if an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
Tavessiq will investigate reports of lost, damaged, or undelivered orders and provide remedies required by applicable consumer law.
6. International Orders, Customs & Duties
Customers ordering internationally may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes depending on their destination.
